Just wanted to keep you up to date about all my exciting projects!
For example in April: I was leading a scientific expedition for National Geographic.
We made some great new discoveries; filmed some amazing stuff and I got my photographs. More about it the next time, the details of the trip still have to remain secret!
But what also made me very happy is that I could spend four entire months AT HOME in the Alps!!!!
German Summertime 10.07.2010
I am blown away with the results of my two-part documentary shown on German public TV "ARD", prime time. Over 3 Million viewers watched the first show, and for the second 52min story, there were over 10 percent of all German TV's turned into the program. An amazing result, if you consider that we had to compete against the soccer world championship games!
We have recieved an amazing feedback in hundreds of nice mails from the viewers, which makes me proud of what we've accomplished as a team.
But my world hasn't changed a bit. It is summer time in the mountains here - time to go climbing!
